Put on Contact Lenses

Wearing contact lenses (often called just "speak to") may be a tiny difficult to beginners. You may concern that the contact lenses will slip from your hands or harm your visions. Through daily practice, you will realize that it's a straightforward procedure. Read the guidelines beneath on the way to have on contact lenses.

Difficulty: Easy

1 Clear your hands with soap and dry it. Dry hands will allow easy handling of contact lenses.

2 Take your some lens gently out about its storage situation. Place it on the suggestion of the index finger of your hand. Use your right palm to put in any contact in your left vision, also your left hand to insert a contact in your correct eye. With your opposite hand, a little bring up the upper eyelid increase. Use the middle finger of the contact holding hands to pull down the reduce eyelid.

3 Look upward also gently place the lens on the lower part of your eyeball.

4 Gently release your eyelids and close your visions.

5 Blink your eyes four or five times. This will ensure that the lens is properly seated. Repeat the method with the other eye.

Suggestions & Warnings

Avoid the mix-upwards about lenses. Frequently use the correct lenses to each eye.
